TOUR REQUEST/ORGANIZING APPLICATION FORM (FORM C)


Eligibility for registration:

  1. Applicant should be a resident of New Delhi or Delhi NCR.

Documents to be needed for registration:

  1. Scanned copy Photograph in JPG/JPEG format. Maximum size: 1 MB (Optional)

Steps for Registration:

  1. Visit official website of D.T.M i.e. https://dtmdesk.blogspot.com.
  2. Click on "Request Event/Tour".
  3. Read the instructions and guidelines carefully and check the checkbox to agree with terms and conditions.
  4. Click on Agree and Proceed to registration form.
  5. Fill all required details carefully as same as in Photo-ID proof.
  6. Click on validate and Submit Form.
  7. On Successful submission of form the message will be displayed as {"result":"sucess","row":"record_no"} and a confirmation email will be send to the registered email address of the applicant within one hour.

Note:  After submission of application form applicant will receive a call from DTM executive to schedule a meeting with officials. Applicant has to appear in meeting at scheduled date and time with all collaborators organizing the tour. All of them have to carry a passport size photograph and an original and photocopy of an ID proof. ID proof should be from Voter ID card, Driving License, Passport, DTM ID Card and Aadhaar Card.

Application status can be checked by logging in to the website's Personal Dashboard. Reference Number and Password will be send to registered email address of applicant.
