| 1 | Applicant or Organizer must be a permanent resident of Delhi only. |
| 2 | Applicant/Organizer must be 25 years old or above age. |
| 3 | Applicant/Organizer must holding a valid First Aid Course certificate to organize commercial events or tours. |
| 4 | Applicant/Organizer must holding a valid Indian Passport to organize commercial events or tours. |
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Before organizing a tour organizer/applicant must read the guidelines of organizing and joining an event/tour wide F.NO. HO2010/01 DATED 31/10/2020.
- Select appropriate branch/division to organize an event/tour. Submitted application will be forward to the concern branch for further process.
- All credentials of the form is required/mandatory.
- Organizer/Applicant and all collaborators must have to submit a valid Photo-ID proof in meeting. The Photo-ID proof should be from Driving Licence, Voter ID Card, Passport and Aadhaar Card only.
- Organizer/Applicant must have to aware with rules, policies, terms and conditions enforced by DTM for organizing and joining an event/tour.
- Use BLOCK letters in registration form.
