TOUR PARTICIPATION APPLICATION FORM (FORM A)

Eligibility for registration:

  1. Applicant should have interest to join/participate the Tour.
  2. Applicant's age should be 21 years or above.
  3. Applicant should be a resident of New Delhi or Delhi NCR.

Documents to be needed for registration:

  1. Scanned copy Photograph in JPG/JPEG format. Maximum size: 1 MB
  2. Scanned copy of Original Photo-ID proof in PDF format only. Maximum size: 2 MB. (Photo-ID proof should be from Voter ID Card, Driving License, Passport and Aadhaar Card only.)

Steps for Registration:

  1. Read the tour notification, instructions, guidelines, terms and conditions carefully.
  2. Visit official website of D.T.M i.e. https://dtmdesk.blogspot.com.
  3. Click on "Participate in a Tour".
  4. Read the instructions and guidelines carefully and check the checkbox to agree with terms and conditions.
  5. Click on Agree and Proceed to registration form.
  6. Fill all required details carefully as same as in Photo-ID proof.
  7. Fill emergency contact details and paste the copied link/URL of Photograph and Photo-ID proof. (Optional)
  8. Click on validate and Submit Form.
  9. On Successful submission of form the message will be displayed as {"result":"sucess","row":"record_no"} and a confirmation email will be send to the registered email address of the participant within one hour.
  10. Make the payment of suitable amount for Tour (if applicable). Steps for making payment are available on online services portal.

Steps for Uploading Photograph and Photo-ID proof:

  1. Upload the Photograph and Photo-ID proof on Google Drive account.
  2. Make each document shareable (Who can access: Anyone on the internet/Anyone with the link can view).
  3. Copy the link/URL of each document and paste it in a required space of application form.

Note:  Online uploading of Photograph and Photo-ID proof is optional but it is mandatory to provide these documents to regional branch or to Organizer of Tour before end/last date of registration. Also the applicant can send these documents to the WhatsApp number of Tour Organizer along with Reference Number provided on registered email address. Non-production of Photograph and Photo-ID proof will leads to rejection of application form.

Application status can be checked by logging in to the website's Personal Dashboard. Reference Number and Password will be send to registered email address of applicant.
